Switchers Products
Welcome to the Switchers Products! Here you will find a wide range of sustainable products and services from all the Mediterranean.
We aim to promote sustainable consumption by giving visibility and facilitating access to markets to the products and services offered by Mediterranean entrepreneurs and start-ups who have projects with sustainability at the core of their business, applying circular or more sustainable production models.
All the products and services have been designed and produced following circular economy practices all along their life cycle: from materials and resources to end of life management; and social practices such as employment creation, presence of female workers at management positions, decent employment creation for underrepresented groups, Vulnerable people benefiting from products/services and Donations for social causes.
Our mission is to prevent the environmental impact of production and consumption in the Mediterranean region by choosing the path to reduce carbon emissions, preserve natural resources and take the pathway towards a sustainable future and a healthier planet. As individual or organisation, you can contribute to that mission by switching to more sustainable consumption and procurement options.
The Switchers Products showcases products and services from green entrepreneurs across the entire Mediterranean region. In the platform you will also find a full profile of the producers and service providers, with all the information about their businesses and their contact information, so you can reach them if you are interested in purchasing or acquiring any of their products or services.
Developed by MedWaves, the Regional Activity Centre for Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP/RAC), the Switchers Products is integrated in TheSwitchers.org platform, which provides the users with a wide range of services to improve their green and circular businesses. It belongs to the Switchers Support Programme, thus contributing to the achievement of several UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
